It's easy to reward and recognize with the Gift of Choice® program. You choose how much you want to spend, and your recipients select their own gifts. Selections are mailed postage paid to the recipient. Our gifts collections can be utilized to acknowledge not only employees, but customers, vendors, contractors, dealers, members, volunteers, and partners - your recipients will always get the gift they want.

How do we Compare?
Gift Giving Simplified Solution
There are many ways to reward individuals. How does Gift Giving Simplified compare to others? What can we offer that others can't? The Gift Giving Simplified solution provides a means to enable employees to choose their own gift instead of others making gift choices for them. No one knows our interests and gift choices better than ourselves. The value of the gift is unknown to the employee. They simply know they have a choice of up to 100 selections based on the gift level purchased. Surveys have shown that the perceived value of the Gift Collection is greater than the actual amount paid by the employer.
Why not Cash?
There are many reasons that giving cash to recognize an achievement or to offer thanks, is typically not effective. While employees may say they prefer cash to merchandise for their recognition awards, research has repeatedly shown that cash is a very poor motivator. Generally, employees don't really understand what actually motivates them to do something different. This is due to its lack of "trophy" and "memory" value. Non-cash awards have been shown to be more effective in motivating employees.
Once the recipient spends the cash, it’s gone! Instead a physical gift that employees choose for themselves like speakers, watches, TV Sets and hundreds of other choices are memorable! Every time the employee looks at that item they remember the process they went through to earn it and more importantly, the recognition they received from the company for their effort!
Employees must pay taxes on cash rewards they receive just like regular wages and depending on overtime, employers may need to recalculate overtime pay based on the cash bonus amount.
A non-cash award eliminates any guilt an employee may have in using cash to purchase something they would enjoy instead of paying a bill or using the cash for paying a household expense.
Retailer Gift Cards
Utilizing gift cards, such as Amazon or one of a variety of other retailers, the employee will be aware of the exact value of the gift. Surveys have shown that the perceived value of a Gift Giving Simplified gift is greater than the actual amount paid by the employer.
When retailer gift cards are used the employer is choosing the retailer for the employee. How many gift cards do we receive which remain unused, just because we do not care for that retailer? With Gift Giving Simplified we offer products from hundreds of retailers through our gift collections. The employee can choose the retailer and gift they prefer.
In some instances shipping costs must be paid by the recipient. With Gift Giving Simplified the price of the Gift includes all shipping costs. Additionally Gift Giving Simplified offers Corporate Branding to allow for formal presentations of rewards. With Amazon or another retailer's gift cards branding options are not available. Why promote Amazon or any other retailer when you can promote your own brand?
Purchase a Gift
Another option would be to simply purchase an employer chosen gift for your employees. Maybe an item such as a clock, pen set, or watch? It has been shown that employees prefer to select their own gifts! Giving the Gift of Choice is more memorable and enables employees to select a gift they will use and enjoy!
This gift approach is also very time consuming for the employer. Selecting and purchasing gifts, engraving, and wrapping is a large undertaking for an HR department. Our products can be purchased and branded quickly saving employers time and effort.
